We know everyone loves an Italian Pils these days, so we twisted it up and created an Italian Style Pilsner with floor malted pilsner malt from California’s own Admiral Maltings. A rad little craft malt house up in Nor Cal. As should be, this brew is delicately hopped and dry hopped with European Saaz and Tettnanger.
