Fresh off the bine, 200lbs of Strata hops harvested by Crosby Hops were hopback-steeped in this crisp West Coast IPA. Strata originated at Oregon State’s Aroma Hop Breeding Program and is known for layered juicy tropical fruit and dank cannabis flavors. Our 2020 Fresh Hop IPA celebrates the essence of this once-a-year harvest event by using only wet Strata with no late additions of further processed hops.
