This beer is the first of its kind. It was brewed in the barleywine style but using local triticale grain which is a rye/wheat hybrid. We then aged this triticale wine in triticale whiskey barrels from Dry Fly. Full of rich flavors of caramel apple, butterscotch and cinnamon.
