This imperial stout is our annual release and tribute to the original Bourbon barrel-aged stout. For this we blended our best stouts aged in barrels without adding any extra adjuncts. This year’s release is a culmination of 2 different stouts including Russian imperial stout and oatmeal Imperial stout aged in Westward Whiskey barrels. While this one might not be coming straight from Bourbon County, we still get thirsty here in Thurston County, and this is our solution!
