A blend of saisons fermented and aged in wine barrels for 12-36 months refermented on a near-neutral gin barrel with 240 lbs. of raspberries (1lb per bottle) from Sterino farms. Conditioned in the bottle with brettanomyces to a champagne-like degree: chill well, and have a glass at hand.
