TASTING NOTES: LEMON MERINGUE – COCOA – DELICATE
This unrelentingly marvelous washed-process coffee hails from Peru’s northern climes, where it’s grown by a collection of smallholder farmers. Post-roast, it yields a cup replete with delicate notes of cocoa and lemon meringue. We find it to be quite delightful, and we’re pretty sure you will, too.
