Brother Crazy John is a North Fork local. He often shares an ale and trash talks with North Fork brewer, Eric, about Belgian-Style ales. BCJ helped brew this malty ale, and it’s the third in a series bearing his name and the first to be bottled. We brewed this big, rich, Belgian Style Qaudruple with 100 Skagit Valley malt, Belgian Ardennes yeast, German Magnum and tettang Hops and our fantastic well water. 50% of the ale was aged in American Whiskey Barrels and bottle conditioned for a year.
