We based this recipe on our popular Hell Hawk Pastry Stout, but this version was beefed up and aged in select bourbon barrels for over 2 years, then further conditioned over heaps of Theo Chocolate’s cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and toasted coconut. This is a very limited release, in conjunction with our 6-year anniversary and collab project with 6 fine local craft beer bottleshop friends. *contains lactose
