Our sour ales undergo primary fermentation in our dedicated sour foeder barrel, with secondary fermentation coming off the addition of plenty of Northwest blackberries and ripe mango. Bright acerbic notes tickle the nose, while a strong presence of blackberry is met by subtle hints of mango on a crisp and efervescent finish.
