One of the hardest bike races our head brewer Aaron has ever participated in, the Cascadia Super Gravel, is back for another edition.
So we once again brewed some hydration magic. The sports drink of beers, if you will. We started with a Gose base – the historic but popular German beer style that is a little tart and a little salty. We then added lemon and lime juice, for that classic sports drink flavor.
The warm weather is coming, and this style is ridiculously quenching. Known for a lower pH and exciting water profile, it features minerals that give you what your body craves – in this case, raging out in the woods on two wheels, trying to find your dark place.
