Aged in Copperworks Whiskey Barrels, we got one of our first ever brews in our brewhouse into barrels almost immediately. Rich, yet soft oak envelopes the dry, yet chocolate-milk like base, with just a kiss of alcohol heat to balance it all out.
Is it ready to drink? Yes. Would it improve over time? Yes.
Taking pride in soft-bottle carbonation this beer will work against oxidation and only develop to be better, (within reason you animals!!). No adjuncts, no fancy stuff (don’t worry, that’s coming too..) just 100% pure barrel and beer. Stainless blending? Young Stout? We dont know her.
