The guys up in the b’ham (Bellingham, duh) are making some NEXT LEVEL beer. We heard from a bird that Stemma was killing the game up north, so we knew we had to get a project going together. Having an amazing imagery and motif, as well as slanging those top-tier suds it was a match made in heaven.
Then this guy Adam from Adam’s Mushrooms was like “YO! I got some spruce tips for a beer”.

The spruce tip double was born. Utilizing the tips in both the whirlpool/flameout of the brewing process, as well as smattering this thing with a dry hopping of Lotus and Simcoe pellets, as well as MORE spruce.
