A special little wild ale made with juniper and other spices and then fermented with a culture collected in the Sierra Nevada mountains. It is medium/full bodied and quite tart, supported in beautiful ways by the herb/juniper additions. It’s a nod both to a place special in our wild hearts and to some old world brewing practices. Aged in oak for close to a year and bottle conditioned for an extended period.
