Tart, oak aged blend refermented on Sweet Scarlet Nectarines. We blended down a young saison and a beautifully tart batch of coolship ale and refermented the blend on this terrific fruit until it reached stasis. The beer was then bottle conditioned on it’s resident microflora for 6 months before release.
