44% Mourvedre, 36% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah A delicate, juicy rosé inspired by blends from the Rhone Valley in France. Fleshy and elegant fruit perfectly incorporated! Direct pressed as whole clusters. Fermented and aged separately in a mix of 228-liter and 500-liter used French oak barrels. Blended, bottled without fining or filtration. A small sulfur addition at bottling is the only addition.
