For our Electric Berryland Series, we ferment 1-3 year old spontaneously fermented barrel-aged blonde ales on various berries. To brew this 25th Anniversary Edition we took beautiful rhubarb from Pollen Folly Famr, and delicious strawberries from Barbie’s Berries, and then went for it Berryland-style. It is bottle conditioned with wild flower honey from Marie’s Bees.
