The Jeanne is our take on the American-style Barleywine or Triple IPA. Unlike its British counterpart, our’s is served fresh, showcasing the hoppiness while acting more like a triple IPA. Then, it ages into what could be better described as barleywine. This version is hopped in the kettle with CTZ, Amarillo, Strata (cryo), and Cascade and double dry hopped with CTZ, Strata (cryo) and Amarillo. Pour gently as it is bottle conditioned.
