Raspberries, you cute little pink bundles of joy, so yummy, so nutritious! They are also high in fiber and low in calories which helps with weight management and bowel health, and of course makes your heart happy too for a double heart bonus. For those of us that hope to remain forever young, raspberries are high in vitamin C which makes for healthy skin and encourages collagen production; suck on that botox.
