We teamed up with our friends from Xicha Brewing in Salem, OR to brew this Fresh Hop Pilsner for the Brewing Bridges 2024 event. This beer features 240 pounds of freshly harvested Tettnang hops from Goschie Farms in Oregon. Expect a balanced touch of floral and light citrus hop flavor with a soft body from the blend of German and locally grown pilsner malts.
