We stole your grandma’s pie recipe and made it into this beer! Golden sour base of 2-row, malted white wheat. Soured with our house lactobacillus blend, and fermented with a neutral ale yeast. At the tail end of fermentation, over 1 lb/gallon of strawberry and rhubarb were added.
