We haven’t brewed Swirl Cone in a few years, but IT’S BACK! We soured overnight with our house lactobacillus blend, pushed the wort back into our kettle to reboil, and added milk-sugar. During fermentation we added over 1lb per gallon of blackberry, then post-fermentation conditioned on sliced and chopped Madagascar vanilla beans. BYOC (Bring Your Own Cone).
