Brewed as a remote collaboration with Bill Arnott of Machine House Brewery, this English-style extra special bitter explores some contemporary U.K. grown hop varieties: Olicana, Minstrel, & Ernest. These varieties lend surprising fruit flavors to a base of balanced, approachable malt & a classic bitterness profile. Bill is one of the nicest brewers we’ve ever met & it was a pleasure to work on the ESB concept with him.
