Single-hop Westie featuring HBC (Hop Breeding Company) 586, a new experimental hop we are crushing on kinda hard. Dark gold color, clear and crisp, fleeting hint of sweetness in the palate. Surprisingly wide spectrum of modern hop characteristics for one hop… citrusy orange peel, peachy/cherry stonefruit, tropical mango, earthy dankness. We built this one a little bigger than usual for us and went big on the bitterness, which is long-lasting yet clean. A perilously drinkable dagger for those West Coast hopheads out there.
