6.7% – Saison
Angular Momentum was fermented as a clean saison in stainless steel first. We then moved it into a brand new foeder made of American Oak. It sat in the foeder for 8 weeks picking up the flavor of the oak and rounding out the overall beer in general. After that we moved the beer back into stainless to dry-hop it with Australian Enigma hops. Finally we packaged it with brettanomyces.
