Blend of puncheon-aged and foudre-aged mixed culture beer, further conditioned on cherries and marionberries.
Notes of melted watermelon Jello, cherry pie, and a touch of Brett funk. Acid profile is drinkable and very clean.
We got together with Brandon from the iconic Seattle bottle shop @bottleworksbier for a blending session and came up with a fruit-forward, funky, and complex Heritage Beer. Using both locally grown cherries and marionberries from Oregon, this beer has a clean acidity and dry finish that leads to sip after a sip in the sunshine (if the sun ever decides to come out in the PNW!)
