What’s a NW Pilsner? It’s a west coast pilsner made with NW ingredients (yes, we made the term up). What’s a west coast pilsner? It’s a pilsner that is slightly to WTF! more hoppy than a traditional pilsner (we didn’t make that up). Put this one in the “slightly” category. We used Skagit Valley Malting Talisman pilsner malt, along with a bit of their Triticale Malt (wheat/rye hybrid) to give it a beautiful malt profile. We then gently used Loral and Willamette hops on the hot and cold side to round out the flavor. It’s absolutely delicious and we’re stoked about it!
