The apples are 100% Northern Spy with the grape skins being Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Gamay skins this vintage from the red wines that’ll be released in the autumn. The combination makes for a surprisingly vinous beverage that is more than a colorful cider, really pulling the berry tones of the grapes as well.
