A Ciderkin made by rehydrating the pomace (leftover apple pulp) from Barmann Cellars’ Fruit Rescue Community Cider. After pressing the fruit for a second time, the juice was cofermented with fresh peaches from Washington State’s Yakima Valley. The result is a dry, high acidity, refreshing & crushable cider with a rush of fresh peach flavors and aroma. Soft funk on the nose, tart flavor profile.
