Ramato Frizzante 2023 is a spontaneous ferment of Pinot Gris from Strand Vineyard in Naches Heights AVA. The grapes were sustainably farmed in a LIVE (low intervention viticulture & enology) certified and Salmon Safe certified vineyard committed to sustainable vineyard management. The fruit was crushed, destemmed and macerated on the skins for a few weeks before pressing. This wine is unfiltered & unfined. It is a zero/zero ferment – no yeast pitch or sulfites added. Ramato Frizzante has a place at your holiday table. It is sparkling, dry, has grippy tannins and is incredibly fruit forward – the perfect way to celebrate with friends and family.
