An afternoon tasting through our wild cellars produced this 10 year anniversary blend. It reflects a decade of hard work and experimentation, featuring a variety of techniques that we’ve learned through the years–including a portion from the spontaneous fermentation program that showcases our unique house character. Ripple is blended to be an approchable and celebratory beer, featuring balanced acidit, nuanced wild character, and bottle conditioning with honey.
