Folicello Lambruscone Pét Nat is a sparkling natural wine made from certified organic Lambrusco grapes grown in Castelfranco Emilia, Emilia-Romagna, Northern Italy. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, ancestral method – bottle re-fermentation – unfiltered. Intense red for an old-school Lambrusco, aromatic nose with carnation flowers and blackberry, pair with a nice pasta all’Arrabbiata.
