A strong brown ale brewed with an emphasis on rich chocolate malt chartacter, accentuated with fruity Idaho 7 and amarillo hops. For a wee twist we fermented this batch with a classic Belgian yeast strain and aged it in Doc Swinson’s fantastic rye whiskey barrels.
